Position : IT Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities aggressively & maintain current sales accounts activities.
• Develop relationships with customers and provide relevant business/technical support to customers on current and future IT solution needs.
•  Cooperate and work closely with relevant parties to conduct strategic account reviews.
• Follow up closely with all assigned customers to review project, address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues are re-solved.
• Retain good & strong relationships with current/new accounts’ key decision makers and users for business sustain and continuous within an organization.
• Ensure payment collection of all closed deals and fulfill customers requirement in all sales bid submissions.
• High alert of market trend in IT solution industry & awareness of IT Project.
• Preparation of reports and sales forecast.
• Experienced & knowledgeable on preparing and submitting tender bids is added advantage.

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Business Administration & etc.
• At least 5 years or above experience in sales, preferably in the IT Services Industry.
•  Sales & customer-oriented and willing to learn new product and technologies.
• Able to work under pressure and independently with less supervision.
• Disciplined, initiative driven, team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and good personality.
• Good command in English & Mandarin. Able to converse in Japanese is preferred.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
