  • Job Description

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Nature of Business: Engineering Manufacturer

- Computer all salaries with EasyPay/Flexitime/BCA system and prepare monthly documents and reports

- Prepare all salary reports, manpower report and prepare analysis for any payroll issues

- Prepare payment of EPF/SOCSO/EIS/HRDF/PCB or any on due deduction

- Ensure leave management record is accurate and reflect into payroll 

- Comply annual report - prepare EA forms and BE, Statistic report etc 

- Other administration task like monitor and renew insurance, HRDF claim, handle disciplinary cases etc

- Support HOD to manage employee's welfare and benefits

- Supervise administrators 

 

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll

- Diploma in Human Resource Management 

- Familiar with Employment Act 1955

- Able to work with Senior Manager
